About BBVC
The Better Beginnings Veterinary Clinic is the rescue's personal clinic to offer low cost spay and neuter options while also being able to have cohesive treatment and care of each of our kittens.
Being able to give quick and effective treatment to each of the rescue's kittens was top priority for the BBVC and eliminates scheduling conflicts with other partnering vet clinics and hospitals.
Mission
In 2026, BBVC aims to partner with animal rescues throughout the Okanagan to bring our mobile veterinary services directly to their communities. By expanding our reach, we will continue to offer accessible, low-cost spay and neuter services where they are needed most.
We understand that the cost of basic rescue veterinary care can place significant strain on organizations and caregivers. BBVC exists to help relieve that financial burden for partnering rescues while increasing community awareness around the vital role spaying and neutering plays in improving animal welfare and reducing pet overpopulation.
